Dear Parent/Guardian,
Please find attached the Week 20 Assessment timetables; all students have received a hard-copy of the same. We kindly ask you to review these documents carefully to ensure your child is well-prepared for their assessments.
Students are expected to be seated in their exam centre every day for 9am; they are to remain in school for the duration of the school day and utilise their assigned study periods. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted examination process, students will not be allowed to sign in or sign out during exam times. This measure is in place to maintain the integrity and focus required for all students to perform their best. We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that your child arrives on time and remains in school for the entire duration of their assessments.
Normal school rules apply during the assessments and students are expected to present in full uniform and must come equipped with the necessary materials required for any given exam, for example, pens, pencils, rulers, calculators etc.
Finally, we would like to wish all of our students the very best of luck in the upcoming assessments and we would like to thank you for your continued support and cooperation in relation to all of the above.
