A big thank you to all students and staff for their excellent cooperation during the Week 10 assessments. We are pleased to inform you that the results will be published to parents on 11th November 2024.
Please take note of the following updates:
1. Whole School Fancy Dress (Friday)
There is no expectation for students to buy costumes—homemade costumes, hairbands, face paint, crazy hair, or using materials from home (e.g., farmer, builder, Tipperary hurler 🙂 ) are all welcome with non uniform. We kindly request a €2 contribution. Thanks to the students council, class captains, prefects and social committee for coordinating this event.
2. Team Hope Shoebox Appeal
The final date for the collection of Team Hope boxes is 6th November 2024. Please drop your Team Hope boxes to Ms. Hough.
3. Midterm Break
The school will close for the midterm break this **Friday at 1:15 PM** and will reopen on **Monday, 4th November**.
4. Staff In-Service Day
Please note that the school will also be closed on **7th November** for a staff Oide in-service training.
5. TY Work Experience
We wish all Transition Year students the best of luck during their first work experience placement of the year this week.
6. New Heating System
We are pleased to announce that, thanks to everyone’s patience over the past month, our new heating system is now fully functional.
7.Parent-Teacher Meeting
The first parent-teacher meeting of the year will take place on **13th November** (4:15 PM – 6:45 PM) for parents and guardians of 6th Year and 6LCA students.
