Dear Parent/Guardian,
Please find attached the Week 30 Assessments Timetable for 1st Year, 2nd Year, 5th Year, and LCA 5 students. All students are expected to be seated by 9:00 AM each morning and to make full use of their assigned study periods.
To help ensure a smooth and uninterrupted examination process, we kindly request that students are not be signed out during study periods, as this can cause disruptions to ongoing exams.
Please note the following additional arrangements:

6th Year and LCA 6 students will commence supervised study in the gym from Monday, May 19th; some teachers may withdraw students for class.

3rd Year students will begin supervised study from Monday, May 26th.

Assemblies for exam year groups will take place during the week of May 26th, where important information regarding the State Examinations will be shared.
- LCA5 students have an end of year activity on Thursday May 29th – Mr. Smith will communicate details of same in due course.
- There will be a normal school timetable on Friday, May 30th for all students apart from 6th years who will continue to have supervised study
As always, normal school rules apply. Students are expected to be in full school uniform for the duration of the exams and supervised study periods.
