Weekly Schedule
Week Commencing Monday, 13 April 2026
Active Schools Week
This week we celebrate Active Schools Week, part of the Active School Flag (ASF) initiative supported by the Department of Education and Healthy Ireland. The programme promotes physical activity and wellbeing for all students and staff, encouraging schools and communities to be “more active, more often”.
We would also like to thank everyone who helped make Martin Hackett’s retirement day with us such a memorable one after 47 long years at PCS. We also mark the retirement of Madeline Blake, who has served our school community as a cleaner for 26 years. We thank her sincerely for her dedication and contribution to the life of the school and wish her every happiness in her retirement.
