Founded in 2017 by Niall Breslin, A Lust for Life is an award winning Irish Mental Health Charity. It focuses on early prevention and mental fitness education in schools, empowering young people to become guardians of their own mental wellbeing. This programme Supports Junior Cycle Wellbeing Guidelines and JCPA framework.
