Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
Please find attached the 2026 Mock/Week 20 Examination Timetables (Wrong timetable was originally sent, the attached one is the correct one!!). All students will have received a hard copy of this timetable before the end of today, Monday Jan 19th and they are also available on their main year group’s Teams’ page. We kindly ask that you review these documents carefully to ensure your child is fully prepared for their examinations. A considerable amount of planning, thought, and coordination has gone into organising these examinations, and we would greatly appreciate your full cooperation in helping the process run as smoothly as possible.
Students are expected to be seated in their exam centre by 9:00 a.m. each day. They must remain in school for the full duration of the school day and make use of their assigned study periods. As per our assessment policy and to maintain a smooth and uninterrupted examination process, students will NOT be permitted to sign in or out during exam times — we would really appreciate your full cooperation with this. This measure is in place to uphold the integrity of the exams and provide the best environment for all students to perform well.
Normal school rules apply during the examination period. Students are required to wear full school uniform and bring all their own necessary materials for each exam (e.g., pens, pencils, rulers, calculators, etc.).
