Last week, Emma Sherlock-Coonan, Integrative Coaching Psychology and Positive Psychology Coach, and Owner and Founder of ESCape Wellness, led a workshop for our Leaving Cert Applied students. The workshop aimed to help students cultivate the right attitude and mindset to enhance strengths, social skills, and communication by fostering self-awareness and recognizing limiting feelings, thoughts, or behaviors. Additionally, it provided tools to build mental strength, resilience, health, and happiness through coaching, utilizing psychological models and coaching aids, ultimately contributing to a positive and sustainable lifestyle change.
