Dear Parents/Guardians,
Important Assessment Update:
Ahead of the information evening tomorrow for parents/guardians at 8pm, we are conducting assessments for incoming first-year students-you should have received your scheduled time slot last week- either Session 1: 4.15pm or Session 2: 6.15pm
We have been made aware that some local GAA championship games are scheduled for tomorrow evening, which unfortunately clashes with our planned assessment session.
To accommodate students involved in these games, we will be running an additional assessment sitting from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm tomorrow.
If your child needs to reschedule their assessment due to this clash, please contact the school office today at 09097-41053 or email
office@portumnacs.ie before 4:00 pm today and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note:
YOUR CHILD MUST HAVE EAR PHONES WITH THEM TO COMPLETE THE ASSESSMENT
• It is essential that your child attends their scheduled assessment session.
• These assessments will not be rescheduled after tomorrow.
