Thanks to Patricia at Wildes Irish chocolate factory for giving our 5th year LCVP an informative talk on their artisan business. Students learned all about the production process of their chocolate bars and confectionery, enjoyed a demonstration on how chocolate bars and sweets were made and got to taste some of their delicious chocolate.
