After a busy few days completing week 30 assessments, 2nd years visited Galway city today – taking in the stunning Cathedral to buzzing Shop Street, strolling through NUIG, posing at the Spanish Arch, wandering the Latin Quarter, and even making it down to the Claddagh!
Massive shoutout to NUIG Computer Science Dept for the robot dog demo – students eyes were opened to the huge developments in this area and excited to learn about the computer science programme available at the university.
Who needs a professional tour guide when we have got our very own principal leading the way – and doing it for free! ️
